My name is Sheila, I'm a warm and compassionate human with a unique ability to touch peoples hearts and souls. I am passionate about helping others accept themselves unconditionally, feeling peace and living authentically with a Wild Heart!
I strive to offer clients hope in overcoming obstacles that keep them from thriving. I do this by holding space of unconditional love and offering encouragement, effective tools and valuable insights into their lives. My hope is to help individuals heal by using strengths based perspectives in order to help them to get in touch with their abilities and worth as human beings.
